Historique

The Royal Tennis Club de Belgique was the first club in Belgium to have  covered  courts  in his style (built In 1954) and is the only one to have 1000 seats.
It has been the venue for a number of great achievements in tennis history.

Some prestigious events have taken place on the courts  :

  • Professional World Championship in the 60’s : Roswall, Laver, Hoad, Gonzales, Segura
  • Davis Cup
  • Swedish King Cup (winter Davis Cup)
  • Indoor Belgian Championship during more than 20 years
  • National  Training Centre
  • King Baudouin Cup in 1990

Over the years , we have often seen champions training and playing on our courts :
